The 16th of October, 2009 witnessed the unveiling of the National Best Quality Software Awards (NBQSA). The NBQSA competition is an annual event organized by the British Computer Society in the aim of recognizing outstanding achievements made by individuals and organizations in Sri Lanka towards the development of ICT. This platform provides international recognition to local IT providers and thereby contributes towards the improvement in the standards of local ICT products and services.
In the Finance Applications Category, hSenid Business Solutions bagged the bronze for its Online Gold Trading Application.

hSenid was also nominated to participate in the upcoming Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA), in Melbourne Australia to showcase its award winning solution from the 12th -14th of December which is an International Awards Program initiated to increase ICT awareness in the community and assist in bridging the Digital Divide.
