hSenid Software International recently participated in “I want
Windows Mobile” to showcase their state of the art Windows Mobile
applications. The annual wireless event, “I Want Windows Mobile”
solution showcase event was held on 12 May 2008 at the Intercontinental
Hotel Singapore, Ballroom 1 & 2. For the third year running, the event
managed to draw exhibitors, showcasing their applications on the popular
Windows Mobile platform. Over 80 participants attended the showcase event
to understand the platform more so as to bring value to their own organizations.
Singapore Infocomm Technology, together with Microsoft Mobile Communications
Business (MCB) Asia, once again served to promote the development of wireless
services through “I want windows mobile”. This collaborative
programme helps ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) accelerate the development
of mobile solutions, and promote these solutions overseas.
The “I Want Windows Mobile” programme will equip the ISVs
with the necessary tools and support to expand their development capabilities
in the fast-growing mobile market. The session was opened by Mr James
Loo, SiTF Wireless Chapter Chairman. The solutions covered many aspects
of daily life, including tracking home bills and crisis communication.
The exhibiting companies include Inspire Tech Pte Ltd, SQL View Pte Ltd,
ICSP Solutions Pte Ltd, Y3 Technologies Pte Ltd, RPI eSolutions Pte Ltd
and hSenid Software (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The event explored the capabilities
of developers to develop solutions on the Microsoft platform, thus offering
them a broader range of operating environments to develop their solutions
on. This initiative also opens up new horizons for the software developers
to offer their products and solutions to the regional market,
The fast-growing opportunities in the mobile market are being driven by
a high level of innovation in both mobile solutions and content.
The event expanded the capabilities of local developers to develop solutions
on the Microsoft platform, thus offering them a broader range of operating
environments to develop their solutions on. Secondly, this initiative
opens up new horizons for local developers to offer their products and
solutions to the regional market, and especially to China.
