mChoice™ Customer Care:
 

mChoice™ Customer Care system enables the Telco to query and view CDR via a graphical user interface (GUI) and provides reporting capabilities in real-time. The solution will integrate to multiple systems (INs, databases, postpaid systems, etc) simultaneously to refer raw CDR files to be decoded and store the required information, in order to generate reports. The prepaid systems would be running different versions of raw CDR files and as such, the Customer Care system will decode these versions simultaneously.
