Barcelona, 18th February 2010 – hSenid Mobile solutions, launched two revolutionary products at the recently concluded Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this year. The two products include mChoice™ Soltura; a community VAS platform that enables telcos to introduce unlimited number of VAS applications eliminating CAPEX and reducing OPEX and incremental costs.
As Communications, entertainment, and information services converge, driven by the unprecedented power and flexibility of Democratizing content, Telco's today need an open platform coupled with an exciting array of features to create a sustainable revenue stream.
The new service creation platform mChoice™ Soltura, provides an advanced set of tools for content creation through which users can define and build a set of common applications. This enables day to day users to create their own pool of easy to use telco applications for their various needs.
The open source Telco apps store mChoice™ Vishma, provides the necessary platform to build an application eco system in which application developers can publish and market their various applications. The users can perform reviews, ratings, trials and visualizations of available content. mChoice™ Vishma provides a seamless integration to mChoice™ Soltura helping users to create an application using mChoice Soltura, and directly publishing it on mChoice Vishma. Moreover, since mChoice Vishma is an open source apps store, it can be customized and integrated to the Service Delivery Platforms provided by any vendor.
"We are very excited about the response we have received from the participants for mChoice™ Vishma, the open source apps store and mChoice™ Soltura, the new community VAS platform. We see a tremendous potential for these products with the operators" stated Mr. Dinesh Saparamadu, CEO hSenid Mobile Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
hSenid continues its commitment to innovation after its successful launch of mChoice™ SDP, the next generation, open and scalable Service Delivery Platform implemented at M1 in Singapore. mChoice™ SDP enables M1 to deploy new services faster, easier and more cost effectively. Moreover, the solution is both open and extendable using web-based standard application programming interfaces (APIs), and is designed to help service and content providers standardise all the service interfaces based on the SOA. This standardization enables the operator to provision, control and bill for all the value-added services they provide, whether the services are developed in-house or created by third-party application developers.
